a. I participated in the Munich International Film Festival in Germany in 1992. I presented a film that I had produced and it was submitted as the Bulgarian entry.

b. I presented a film that I had produced at the Gothenburg Film Festival in Sweden in 1996.

5. I have acted in several theatrical productions with Arabic Theatrical groups in Syria and Kuwait.

Works:

2. I collaborated on a project for television with Danish Television, Channel 1 – DR1

3. I worked as a lecturer in Denmark in 1996 at Mediacentret KURT

4. I worked as a director, photographer and editor for a local television channel in Denmark (Copenhagen NTV)

5. I produced a documentary for television in collaboration with an Artistic Society in Belgium about 3 Iraqi Plastic Artists

6. I have produced a number of projects for television about several artists from the East and the West in Denmark. I worked on these projects as a director, photographer and editor.

7. I have made several Videoclips for a number of songs. Once again, I was the producer, photographer and editor.

8. I have directed a number of documentaries on a variety of subjects.

2004 Activities

I have made a long documentary on the life in Iraq after the 2003 war. It is titled " 16 hours in Baghdad". It was awarded the Golden Hawk award at the Arabic Film Festival in Rotterdam 6/2004. It was projected at the Arabic Film Festival in Paris 7/2004. It was also projected at the Jerash Film Festival in Amman 8/2004.

I co-wrote a feature film script with Iraqi author Betool Khedairi based on her novel A Sky So Close 7/2004.
